Dear Dr. Ebner, Maureen and all of the wonderful staff at CCC:
I wanted to share my observations about Chiropractic, even after being a “believing” patient for the last eleven or twelve years.
As you know, I have been seeing Dr. Ebner on more of a “maintenance” type of a schedule for routine low back issues that ebb and flow with life. Seeing Doc helps me avoid having to take any type of over the counter medications and maintain a pain-free and flexible life as a middle aged Mom, Wife and Employee. I think Chiropractic is such a wonderful and PROACTIVE measure, that I keep my teenage daughters and (sometimes stubborn) husband getting adjusted on a regular basis to help combat the “text neck” and misalignments that they experience from heavy backpacks and hours crunched in their desks studying and working. By now, Doc and her team feel like extended family members to us!
This winter has really been a challenge for me personally though. I was in two separate car accidents in a four month time span, each time being impacted in different directions and portions of my body. I am very fortunate that in each situation, I walked away with only minor injuries. In each situation however, I learned the importance of regular Chiropractic maintenance. I genuinely believe that having my spine, neck (and even limbs) routinely re-aligned, has helped me come away from those crashes without serious injury. Each time, I saw Doc within 24-48 hours of the incident and was “made right,” and it has made ALL of the difference. A person cannot imagine the jarring effects of a collision on the human body, even at a slow speed when air bags do not deploy! Certainly one’s spine and neck take a major hit, but even my knee and ankle were subluxed from the rapid, dramatic way I stomped on the brakes. Imagine the long-term effects if I had not come to see Doc right away?!? Those subluxations would have settled in as permanent “defects” and misalignments.
I write this testimonial to you after only two visits post-accident, amazed at my full range of motion and the rapid healing of my stiff and soreness. My body readily “took” Doc’s correction, and she could see movement and improvement after just the first post-accident adjustment. I know sometimes it seems like Chiropractic is “unnecessary,” or a budgetary item to be cut - but after seeing first hand what a difference it can make in an emergency, I know I never will!
Thanks Doc, you helped me come through a tough time, and I am sure you will see me through many more. I am so glad I have you to call when life’s little emergencies come at me.
Elizabeth & Isabella M - (hip pain)
I would like to thank you for the care and compassion that you have extended to my family and I. We feel blessed to have found such an exceptional group of caring professional people. A few words on paper cannot fully express my gratitude for what you have all done for us!
I began my journey with Dr. Kinga Ebner a couple of years ago when I found myself having hip pain, irregular cycles, and issues with constipation and fatigue (just to name a few). Needless to say, I no longer have issues with any of these things due to the care that I received from Dr. Kinga Ebner. I also continued to see Dr. Kinga Ebner throughout my pregnancy, where her level of sensitivity and genuine concern for what I was experiencing was phenomenal.
When my daughter Isabella was born, we trusted in Dr. Kinga Ebner to help keep our daughter healthy. My daughter was a breeched baby and subsequently had restricted movement through her neck from her awkward positioning. Dr. Kinga Ebner has played a fundamental role in getting Isabella’s head to start turning properly.
We are proud to refer people to the Chiropractic Care Center. Not only because of our own health success, but because Dr. Kinga Ebner and her staff are some of the most genuinely caring people that we have met. Thank you for your continued high quality care. See you all soon!
Did you know?
The Webster protocol is a specific chiropractic sacral analysis and diversified adjustment. The goal of the adjustment is to reduce the effects of sacral subluxation/SI joint dysfunction. In so doing neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis is improved.
Dr. Ebner is certified in the Webster Technique
Dan C - (upper back)
After my first visit to CCC, my pain between my shoulders was gone completely. I have lived with this pain for over 30 years. My sciatic nerve pain is under control now and I know how to keep it in check, thanks to Dr. Ebner.
The exercises work to help keep my pain manageable and most of the time, I have no sciatic nerve pain.
It’s wonderful to not hurt anymore.
Kelly C - (headache, shoulder & arm pain)
2008 but after completing a big project at work I had daily headaches & shoulder and arm pain like I have never felt before. I am not one to take a lot of medications and thought my primary physician would just prescribe pain killers and rest. I wanted to treat the condition not just the symptoms. That is what brought me to Dr. Ebner.
Not knowing much about chiropractic care I did not know what to expect. What I got was a very thorough exam, a great health history talk with Dr. Ebner and a plan to get healthy and stay healthy.
I think it was right after my second visit that I noticed that my headaches were gone and that I was sleeping thru the night again. My energy level has just skyrocketed and I am even back to my workouts at the gym. I am so much happier and productive at work. Family and co-workers have commented on how happy I am now. One even said I was glowing.
An added bonus is the ongoing education about chiropractic care and health issues in general I receive at the Chiropractic Care Center. I have learned so much. I encourage every one to attend the Spinal Care Class and to ask Dr. Ebner the questions you have. She is more than happy to answer them.
Kudos to the staff! They are all so friendly and knowledgeable. The office is a very warm, welcoming place to be.
I am so glad I made the decision to get treatment at the chiropractic Care Center. I feel like I have been brought back to life!
Dean B - (MS & weak back)
My name is Dean, I am a person with MS and had a weak back for years. So, back in October 2012 my sister Debbie bought me a package deal for my birthday to see Dr. Kinga. From day one she not only made me feel comfortable, but she got me on the right track to improving my life. The true thing is I’m one for not listening or going to doctors, but Dr. Kinga I took to right away. I listened to everything she had to say. One word to sum up Dr. Kinga: AMAZING!! With all the observations, recommendations, stretching, and diets, she turned my life around in a great way. Last year at this time I was popping aspirin and Aleve like it was Tic Tacs for back pain, and now I haven’t had it since I started here. :) So not only is Dr. Kinga smart, she is also funny and knows her profession to a T. I would recommend her to everyone I know and don’t know. I think it was a true blessing to meet her and hope we continue for a LONG, LONG, LONG time :)
Iris L - (back feet and knee)
I am in my 70’s, and it was not until I was referred to Dr. Ebner that I discovered I had flat feet. She looked me over and said that she thought between my feet and my back that both of them were causing my knee problems. I almost had knee surgery last winter, but decided against it. Since then, I have been having therapy for them and was referred to Dr. Ebner. I believe it is a miracle, at least for me, that she noticed my flat feet. In all my years up until now, no M.D. or Chiropractor has ever mentioned to me that I had flat feet.
After one month on my new orthotics, I was very comfortable with them. One Sunday I put on a pair of low heels, and found out that, without the orthotics, that my feet were miserable, and I was miserable. The next week I ordered 2 more pair of orthotics, for different types of shoes, no matter which shoes I wear. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Kinga Ebner for recognizing the problem, and giving me the new life and energy. She is a very wise and knowledgeable doctor, the best Chiropracor I have ever seen.
With improved spinal function there is often improved nervous system function. Your chiropractic doctor can help remove interferences that may be impairing normal health.
